Erika is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in event management and operational excellence. Since joining Kushner & Associates in 1996, Erika has risen through the ranks, starting as Susan Kushner’s assistant and growing into her current role as Senior Director, Client Services & Office Operations.
Erika’s journey with Kushner & Associates has been marked by continuous growth and an ever-expanding skill set. She has mastered all aspects of program budgeting, planning, and onsite management, and now handles a large portfolio of clients. Her expertise lies in logistical planning and developing internal systems that boost productivity. Erika has been instrumental in establishing best practices for the company, creating templates and processes that streamline planning, increase efficiency, and minimize errors.
Known for her exceptional memory and meticulous attention to detail, Erika leads many of Kushner & Associates’ largest annual accounts. Her ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a keen eye for the smallest details has made her an invaluable asset to the team and their clients.
Erika’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California, which has undoubtedly contributed to her success in client relations and team management.
Beyond her professional life, Erika is passionate about animal rescue, with a particular focus on dogs. She actively participates in transporting animals to rescues and their forever homes. In her downtime, Erika enjoys watching football, challenging herself with word games on her iPad, and listening to hard rock music – a diverse set of interests that speaks to her well-rounded personality.
